Following yesterdays storms and tornado's I went outside and noticed that although there were still lots of angry looking clouds and the rain was continuing to fall lightly I knew there had to be a rainbow since the sun had started peeking out again. Sure enough within just seconds of me thinking about it one appeared vividly in the sky. I snapped the photos below and by the time I had finished it had disappeared. It only lasted a very short time and I was thrilled I had been outside with my camera in hand when it appeared.
