Braves Game

David and I took a spur of the moment trip to Atlanta this weekend. We left here around noon time on Saturday and met up with Jordan, Elizabeth and her parents for a Braves game. They had all arrived on Friday to attend several games and do some sight-seeing. It was a hot, sunny day but we toughed it out until the 8th inning then left. We all went out to dinner together afterward and a nasty storm hit while we were eating. Sunday morning we heard that 90,000 people in Atlanta were still without power and that the temp dropped from 94 degrees to 68 in less than one hour. The storm produced 71 mph winds along with lots of thunder, lightning and hail. It was great seeing Jordan and Elizabeth again and getting to spend the day with them.
