Lately we've been seeing lots and lots of butterflies floating around sampling our flowers. I've had my camera handy and tried to capture some to share with you here. It is not always easy because as soon as you focus in on one it flies away. Here are some of the better photos I have taken over the past few days. Oh and an update on the Eastern Bluebirds... apparently the babies have left the nest and we were not fortunate enough this time around to see them leave. It has been so hot and we have not been sitting outside as much so missed the departure and have no idea how many babies were hatched. We sure enjoyed seeing them the few times we did and I was able to get a few photos of them before they left.
