Since the unexpected surgery on New Year's Eve, David has been at home resting and relaxing. Today I caught him having a special moment with Millenni asleep in his arms. He likes to pretend he is this tough old bugger who can't stand dogs but here's the proof of his tender side.
Also today a neighbor gave him a big bag of pecans so he has been watching a movie and cracking and shelling pecans for a future pie (pecan pie is his absolute favorite). Here he is hard at work while salivating over that pie.
