In France I just bought a French cream horn at the bakery and David and I shared it. I love REAL French horns. The cream in the middle is not sugary sweet but instead is really buttery and creamy, YUMMMMMMY!!!!! I saw some really great looking cheese, fruit and bread plates and would have loved to partake along with a glass of red wine but I was so full there was no way to eat more. Being in France certainly reminded me of the real France and the wonderful foods I have eaten there. I can’t believe I didn’t take any photos in France! I think I was getting tired by the time we arrived there.
We had first planned to go to Morocco for dinner. We both decided we wanted to have dinner in some country whose food we had never tried and is not easily available in this country so Morocco was our choice. Only thing was with all of our snacking neither of us was hungry! Imagine that!!! I was a little disappointed too because I thought the Moroccan restaurant would be authentic looking where you sit on the floor and belly dancers would entertain as you ate. We went inside to take a peek and it looked like a regular American restaurant with tables and chairs. Nothing about it even looked Moroccan except for the tile work. We were disappointed but it made our decision of not eating dinner there an easy decision.
