Since reading the Dog Whisperer by Cesar Milan last year, I have been watching his TV show and picking up all sorts of great ideas. I have been wanting to get a little back pack for Millenni for some time now and finally found one recently. Millenni loves it and she acts so proud when we go on walks. Since she has had a serious back surgery in the past I am very careful about the amount of weight I put in her backpack, but a couple of poopy bags and her little football are enough weight for her to feel she is doing a "job" while on her walks. Using Cesar's techniques, Millenni has finally learned how to properly walk on a leash. She used to take US for walks, now we take HER! Walking has become so much more enjoyable now. We love getting out and walking at the various campgrounds as make new discoveries along the way. Today we walked to the little pond at the campground where we are currently staying and Millenni enjoyed watching the ducks swimming around.
